The software still keeps asking for a valid registration key. Why doesn’t my key work?
Please read the following carefully:
- Please be sure that you are attempting to register the software that you have purchased (i.e eImage Recovery key is for the eImage Recovery software only).
- Please be sure that you do not accidentally copy any leading or trailing spaces in the user name and registration key as this will result in an invalid code.
- You should use the admin account in windows to install and register new software.
- You should install the software on your C drive.
