The software does not find my camera as a drive. How to scan the card in my camera?

If your camera does not appear as a logical Windows drive in your local PC you will need to buy a memory card reader. There are several types: for notebooks (PC-CARD / PCMCIA) and for PCs (USB, IDE).

Note: Please ensure you have connected your camera and switched it on before launching the software.
